Conrail Coal Train
Rolling Coal with Big Blue
Conrail is remembered fondly by railfans around the world. Often called the savior of railroading in the Northeast, enthusiasts went from calling it a "Con Job" when it started up in 1976 to mourning its split between Norfolk Southern and CSX in 1999. This train brings the history of Big Blue home with some of its most iconic locomotives and coal cars that can still be seen roaming the rails to this day.
