The Guy Behind the Site

Ed Kapuscinski grew up surrounded by trains. There were Conrail switchers up the street, the Amtrak Northeast Corridor around the corner and NTRAK modules in the basement.

Ed's spent his career building websites. First working on the Delaware County Community College Web Team in high school before moving the MB Klein, the legendary Baltimore train shop, online. From there he's gone on to bigger and bigger projects, including high profile work for brands that are household names.

And while you can take the boy out of the hobby industry, apparently you can't take the hobby industry out of the boy. Some career downtime has given Ed the chance to bring his forty years of railroad knowledge together with his 20 years of professional knowledge to solve one of the model railroad hobby's biggest challenges: how to make it easy to get started.
